Request A Police, Accident, and Criminal History Report
I. Police Report
To request a copy of a police report and pay applicable fees, please use the fee schedule below or contact the Chandler Police Records Unit at 480-782-4001 to determine the items available for each report and the total amount due.
- Report copies: $5 for the first 35 pages, and $0.15 per page thereafter.
- Notes:
- The Chandler Police Department provides requested reports at no charge to victims, parties involved in accidents, parents or guardians of juvenile victims, and criminal justice agencies.
- In domestic situation where both parties are charged and listed as both victims and suspects in the report, both subjects will be charged for the report copy.

- Audio / 9-1-1 recording: $10
- Photographs: $5
- Body Worn Camera (BWC) / Video: $25
Police reports may be requested by completing a request form in the following ways:

- If you qualify as a victim, as designated in the police report and pursuant to ARS 39-127, you may receive one free copy of the police report. Please click one of the button below to complete a request forms in English or Spanish.
II. Accident Report
If you would like to retrieve an ACCIDENT report online, you can also go to crashdocs.org or to BuyCrash.com, which are both third party service providers that the Chandler Police Department uses to provide the copies online. Also, insurance companies are requested to use one of these online providers.

— Fees must be paid before record requests will be processed.
— Information that you provide utilizing the above links (any police report request online forms, crashdocs.org, or BuyCrash.com) will assist the Chandler Police Department Records Unit in locating the requested records.
— Some information may be redacted in accordance with Arizona law prior to release.

Processing Time:
- Requests are generally handled in order they are received.
- Requests for Police Reports take approximately 10 business days, once the case is closed.
- Requests for BWC video take approximately 4-5 months.
